Each ALOE VERA GEL soft gel contains 25 mg of Aloe Vera concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 5000 mg (1 teaspoonful) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze-dried to form the Aloe Vera concentrate. This is equivalent to approximately 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera liquid (10:1 dilution).
Directions
Take one soft gel one to four times daily, preferable at mealtime.
Does Not Contain
Sugar, starch, milk, wheat, corn, yeast, salt, soy, preservative, gluten.
