Solgar's Vitamin C Crystals provide pure, 100% Vitamin C in a convenient dosage form. Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient with revered antioxidant and immune supportive properties. Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one quarter (1/4) teaspoon or more daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be added to juice or sprinkled on food.
