For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared.
Pour 8 ozfreshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup.
Cover cupand steep 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bagto release any remaining extractive. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup. Adults:Unless directed otherwise by your healthcare practitioner, drink 1 freshly prepared cup as needed, up to 4 cups daily.
